Mevagissey is about 3 miles south of St. Austell, on the B3273.

Greystones is located just off the coast road on the southern side of Mevagissey, on the road to Portmellon.

From the centre of Mevagissey follow signs to Portmellon. The road climbs steeply out of the village, with panoramic views across St. Austell bay. After aprrox 1/3 mile the road turns left down towards Portmellon cove - continue straight ahead.

Almost immediately take the right turn. After 200 yards turn right again into Lower Well Park and Greystones is the third property on the left.
